Afterfund helps Kickstarter creators generate packing slips and deliver digital rewards. We take your privacy seriously. This summary explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us.

What we collect

• Account details: name and email (and phone if you provide it).
• Project data you upload: Kickstarter CSV files and related mappings.
• Operational data: logs and minimal analytics needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

• Generate packing slips and digital reward links you request.
• Send transactional emails (login codes, reward emails if you trigger them).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

How we share

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run the product (e.g., email/SMS, payment processing) under appropriate safeguards, or if required by law.

Retention

Project data and reports are stored so you can reuse them. You can delete projects at any time; we’ll remove the associated data from active systems subject to necessary backups.

Security

We use industry-standard protections, limited access, and encryption in transit. No method is perfect, and we encourage you to keep uploads limited to what’s needed.

Your choices

• Delete projects or request account deletion.
• Opt out of optional communications (we only send essential service emails today).
