1. Service

Afterfund provides tools to generate packing slips and deliver digital rewards for your Kickstarter campaigns. You remain responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of reward data, and compliance with Kickstarter policies and applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding login codes and for activity under your account.

3. Uploads & Data

You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded CSVs and project data solely to deliver the features you request. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Email/SMS Delivery

Reward emails are sent only when you trigger them. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact backers. Delivery may depend on third-party providers; we do not guarantee deliverability.

5. Payments

Fees are shown before you pay. All sales are final unless required by law. Paid transactions may earn you service credits as described in the app.

6. Acceptable Use

No abuse, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months prior to a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
